Living in California hopefully playing professional baseball. I will have 2 dogs and I will not be married. I will hopefully have my college degree in case baseball does not work out. I will be 26 years old and hope to have my family living close to me.

Yesterday I had you choose a global issue and you wrote about it on your blog. Today on your blog I want you to tell me about two different perspectives of your global issue. Are there people for an against your issue? Do people disagree on your issue? Is it a topic that can cause controversy? Look at the issue for two different perspectives. Tell me about those perspectives.

There are two different perspectives about my topic. There is people who do not like tobacco and think that it very bad for you which it is and there is people who use tobacco everyday and they do not think that its as harmful as people say. There is alot of people who disagree with tobacco and think that it should not be allowed but there is also alot of people who cant go a day without tobacco. This topic could cause controversy because people could argue about whether or not it is actually bad for you. The first perspective is that tobacco is harmful and people should stop using it and get mad when they see people smoking or chewing and than there is the second perspective. This perspective is the people who are common users of tobacco who think tobacco is good and do not think it is harmful to others around them and do not care what others think because of there addiction. Which is not the right perspective because tobacco can take your life.

I know that tobacco can cause really bad health problem, such as mouth and throat cancer, lung cancer and can also harm others around you. I want to know how likely it is to get cancer if you are a regular user of tobacco and how many people die due to the use of tobacco. I chose this because my dad chews tobacco and it worries me sometimes. I am not very passionate about it but I know its harmful and I want to know just how harmful it is.

Last week I asked your to "think differently" and push yourself to be uncommon with your PSA project using Google Slides. Why do you think I asked you to do that? What is the point? Why not just use bullets and headers? Explain.

So that we didn't get used to being boring. Bullets and headers are boring and all people tend to do is read and do not soak up any of the information. You want stuff that will catch the person watching eye so that they will listen and take action. If you have a bunch for them to read they may miss something or just not listen at all. You want to hook them with interesting information, not boring paragraphs and headers.

Kids these days are so lazy. They are always watching TV, playing on the computer, on their phone, and never doing anything productive. All kids are completely corrupted by society and social media that "gtg and lol" are part of the English language now. Technology is ruining kids these days and all the worry about is their darn phones and computers.

Tell me all about your 3 day weekend. Share photos!

On Friday night i had some friends over to my house and we hung out there and went to some other friends house. On Saturday I went down to the farm and we accidentally started a fire so we had to put that out and it took about an hour and a half . When we were done i came home and went to eat with friends and hung out with them all night. On Sunday I had a rec basketball game and we won 60-53 and than I went to dinner and went home and slept. Monday I went up to BC and hit some baseballs and than went over to my grandmas for dinner and watched a movie, and I ended up staying the night there.

My name is Gunner Halter and I love BVHS. I play baseball for the school and that is all I am involved in. I am a junior in high school. My favorite class is this one and Mrs. Scheuerman is my favorite teacher.I am looking forward to baseball season this year.

What are your thoughts on this class so far? Easy? Hard? Informative? Frustrating? What have you learned so far? What do you want to learn? Explain yourself.

I like this class so far and I like the use of the computer. This class can be frustrating at times when you get behind but overall it is pretty enjoyable. I have learned how to use Blogger so far and a bunch of stuff inside of Blogger. If there was one thing I would want to learn more about it would probably be more about the Google apps such as Google Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.

This weekend.... On Friday night I hung out with friends until the Blue Valley Tigers basketball game, after the tigers won I went home and hung out with my mom and we watched a movie. Saturday night I hung out with Will, Cole, Blake, and Jack and we went to dinner at Jose Peppers and than bounced around to different houses and hung out with a bunch of friends. Sunday I had a rec basketball game and i dropped 19 points and my team won 69-41. My game was at 2:30 and was over at 3:30 and at 5 o'clock I got baptized at the Church of the Resurrection. I went out to dinner afterwards and then went home and did homework and went to sleep.

Read this small newspaper clipping and then write a blog post about it. What are your thoughts? How does it make you feel? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

 I think that this principal has a very strong outlook on what he believes. My thoughts are that not all teenagers do not think this way. Not all teenagers think there parents owe them fun, matter fact most teenagers try to stay away from there parents as much as possible because all they do is make them mad. This makes me feel as if i am being accused of something that i do not do. I do not think my town or my parents owe me anything so for this person to say this really isn't fair.  I do agree with this person somewhat and i think that if their is someone that thinks their town or parents owe them fun than they are wrong but i do not agree that all teenagers are like this.
